Excellent Service.

Rooms were neat and clean & well maintained. Staffs are having friendly behavior. Location is good. Food was very delicious. Rooms are spacious having good service support. 24 hours hot water available. Toilets are neat and cleaned. Staff nature was helpful.

The booking was overpriced as for the same period the rates were 40% less. It shows that online booking is to cheat people. The room was without any window opening and cleanliness as well as other facilities were TERRIBLE. I would recommend not to book through Hotel. Com . There was no mirror even in bathroom. Overall very poor

Excellent stay in hotel especially food kadhai paneer and lassi was very good lacation is very nice for main temple and ghat evening arti on 80 ghat is very good . all the temples like durga kund and sankat mochan even BHU is on walking distance

Fraud and scam: Varanasi hotel

I took 76 students and 2 faculty from Mumbai on a field trip to Varanasi in December 2022. We booked Sarweshwary hotel through a Varanasi based travel agency.
The booking amount was paid by my university in November 2022 except GST amount.
On our arrival, a few rooms were given with no facility: broken toilet, lock, blood stained bedsheets, dirt everywhere.
Because they are so greedy they gave away our prebooked rooms to others.
After hassling and waiting for 9hrs, we got better rooms.
At the checkout, they took 4hrs to give me the invoice and in that chaos I paid ₹8424 extra (the TDS amount).
After providing TDS certificate in March 2023, and following up for 2 months, the owner Sandeep Singh (9415205754) refused to pay the extra amount saying he doesn't file any ITR with the GoI.
The service is bad with no staff, unprofessional manager, and Sandeep Singh, the owner is a fraud.
Please don't book this hotel in Varanasi.
