Disappointing
I stayed here for 5 nights in a "lower" floor heritage room, which I don't think was my best choice. While the mattress on the double bed was nice, firm, and very comfortable, the rest of the room fell short.
The facilities included a mini-fridge (which didn't work), an AC unit (very effective, but a pain to turn off), a ceiling fan, and a mini-safe. There was no power running to the safe inside the wardrobe. The staff seemed to know about this because on day two, someone came by to remove it, but they never replaced it. The mini-fridge wasn't plugged in when I arrived. When I pulled it out, I found two sockets, but the fridge plug wouldn't fit into either of them.
It's an odd room - even the picture above the bed was hung crookedly. There was no chair inside the room itself, making it feel almost like a single room. The corridor outside had a small table and chair, possibly for my exclusive use. Passing other rooms on this floor with open doors, I noticed they all had proper desks and chairs.
The bathroom had major issues. I hate cold showers, and mine never got warm even after running it for 20 minutes. There was also zero ventilation; water splashes on the shower screen took over 24 hours to evaporate. To top it off, there was a hole in the wall that had been covered up with newspaper and Blu-Tack. On the bright side, the toilet flush was incredible—anything you put down there was instantly sucked away to oblivion!
The most irritating part of the stay was the room door lock, which took several attempts to open or lock every single time.
While the Wi-Fi signal was fine, the login system was frustrating. It felt like portion control; after four attempts, you needed a new password. Because there is no mobile cell signal on the basement floor, this caused major issues with emails and apps requiring two-step verification. I literally had to run out of my room and up the stairs just to get a verification code sent to my phone so I could use my laptop downstairs.
I chose not to book a breakfast plan because it didn't seem to offer good value for money. Because of that, I didn't see the point in eating lunch or dinner here either. There are far better food options nearby, including Aum Cafe, Pizzeria Vaatika, and Mark's Cafe.
Would I stay here again? Sorry, no. Even if the rooms upstairs are 100% better, there are much better options nearby - and I say this because I have actually stayed inside them.

Ride and Rude
Due to staff Behaviour I am giving above rating my Booking was through Agoda and Mr Vikash Front Desk Manager took Rs1500/ in the name of Upgradation of my Room and you know what room they gave in the name of Upgradation 105 Sanchi where there was no any ventilation at the Same time I witnessed he took Rs1200/ for upgradation and gave him top floor so discrimination while two more floor was above my room that Hotel is for there for Ganga View only otherwise why to pay that hefty
Breakfast Choice was very limited even I asked for Dosa it was not available only limited cane Juice was available
Think before Paying hefty

Never Again
The breakfast was also underwhelming—very limited options and honestly quite boring. Definitely not something to look forward to.
To make matters worse, there was no hot water during my stay, so I was forced to bathe in cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the air conditioning kept switching off every 1–2 hours, making it impossible to sleep properly. I barely got any rest.
Overall, a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
