super hotel

very good property. Well maintained hotel interiors. Pleasing staff. Good food. Reasonable price. Good hospitality. Room service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Overall we had a good experience

Very bad experience

The receptionist and hotel staff is very unsupportive. Doesn't provided the GST bill which is actually the right given by governtment of India. He is really rude and north Indian are highly recommended not to stay here as the statement of hotel staff is (North India chikk chikk bahut krte hai) they don't know how to talk to ladies used abusive language. I am highly disappointed with them.

So so

We stopped at this hotel to have some rest before the flight. The stuff is pretty friendly but the quality of room was far from those on the pics. Shabby and far from cleanliness that could be expected for the money it costed. Its ok if you re not picky and/or have no other choice. But I wouldn't stop there again. When booking its important to read all the details, there are rooms without bathrooms that can be offered through the web search. As I mentioned above, the stuff was friendly and helpful. Location just a couple minutes of drive from tbe airport is a plus. But if you need to go by a taxi at nighttime that would be a hell tariff of about 500 rupees.

not what it looks like

I stayed there for a couple of hours because my flight was in the night before and I wanted to get in some hours of sleep before I continued my journey. It was just awful :( The hotel looks bad from outside and it's not better in the inside. The room was loud and not cleaned well, the bathroom also rather dirty than clean. They don't have bottled water, only filtered water which comes in a plastic jug that didn't look appealing to me. Maybe it was just my higher expectations that made everything look so lousy, but for me it was terrible :(
Which makes me so sad because the staff was sooo ambitious and nice!!! They even helped me with getting a taxi (without extra charges) and offered taking me with their own bike to the airport.

right place to stay

very good quality and maintained rooms . hotel staff and specially manager is awesome .hospitality and room service is good. food quality is good and taste is good.i recommended to my friend and relatives to stay in sanman hotel.
