Stayed for a night enroute to Tirunelveli

The Good Part : The Hotel is very clean, the staff at front desk very co operative, the rooms were really clean, so also the linen. Overall good. Good hotel for a night stay while you are in transit.
The Bad part : The Hotel is situated in a Mall and you have to climb at least 15 stairs are so to reach the lift, the Front desk is not providing key and each time you go out you will have to tell the front desk who will send someone to open the door, there are no restaurants in the Hotel as it is located in a mall and you have to go the restaurant in the mall if you need food or coffee.

Bad experience

Spent a night at GK on our multicity tour. Room was not clean, bedding musky, furniture dusty and there are no words for the toilet and shower. The matter was raised with the manager who apologised but no solution to improve on the concerns raised. Staff are polite however hygiene needs serious attention.

Hotel over the Bridge

For New comers Villupuram is a regional area!
Thanks to Kuzhal we were able to book in even though there were IT issues with our credit card.
GK is in a wonderful spot, right in the heart of the hustle & bustle.
Above a Supermarket, Cinema & restaurants what more could you ask for and yet, you could not hear any noise in the hotel itself. We were glad for the lifts.
Large room, built ins were great, bathroom a little small but clean.
Buffet breakfast with lots of food & hot tea was much appreciated.
Sure we would stay there again.

Not worth the money

Very substandard rooms (fungus smell), staff dont have a clue to manage guests. a day after I checked out they are asking for the room keys from me! getting in and out is next to impossible as its in middle of a mall (?!). I had to use it as I was driving from coimbatore to chennai, had to stay overnight. I could have tried pondicherry on the hindsight.

Nice hotel

I visited this place during last weekend of October for a transit stay. I found this place good and comfortable. I recommend this place to people. I didn't expect such a good hotel nestled in Villupuram. Little costly but still good.
