A Hotel stay that was messed up by management.
Worst Hotel Management ever seen. This was my "N" number of times in mandarmani; but this was the worst management behaviour I was ever seen . They were very unprofessional from the very first day as if they did a favour by giving us rooms . I read the reviews from earlier posts . The problem is the same from most of the stays I beleive . We were forced to pay 2000 extra . Though their hotel was almost Empty on a Monday . The food was too spicy since the first meal .. we asked them to change. But it didn't happen till the last meal on our third day. We were charged for a hand towel which they said was there in the room but we never found one .. We were denied to have food which we bought from the hotel to serve in the room ..this were just some of the many concerns we had . Our group was heckled and even manhandled at the end . The video footages and pictures are with us. We were about to call the police even. Just that after 2 days of spending good time with friends we didn't want to end the trip in a negative mood (but eventually we had to) . The main concern is the management. They always have an opposite answer when you ask them for a very small request. And the checkout and the heckling is nightmare which we never faced before . I know this review will be answered in a harsh tone . Same like some goons answering to Someone speaking against them (reading all their replies to the previous reviews reviews made me feel the same) . Just a Small suggestion to the management, Sell all your properties and invest in something else. Hospitality is not for attitudes like you.

Staff service Behavior
Property was quit good with view but their staff behavior was horrible.. From entrance security guard to manager all were unprofessional. They don't know how to behave with their guest specially women.. You get everything after asking.. They don't have simple water service at room after 11 pm..
Food was taste less & costly.
