Worthless hotel
I am writing this to warn others about the appalling experience my wife and I had at SK Premier Plaza, Janakpuri. For a 3-star property charging ₹3,000–₹4,000, the lack of basic standards is shocking.
1. Unacceptable Breach of Privacy: The most distressing part of our stay was a complete disregard for guest safety. A housekeeping staff member barged into our room at night without knocking or any prior warning. I was left feeling incredibly vulnerable and shaken. To have a stranger enter your private space without permission is a massive security failure and left us feeling unsafe for the rest of the night.
2. Filthy and Untidy Bathrooms: The room felt neglected from the moment we walked in. The bathrooms, in particular, were extremely untidy and poorly maintained. For a hotel in this price bracket, you expect a basic level of sanitation, but this was far below acceptable standards.
3. Non-Existent Service: Hospitality here is a joke. We arrived late at night, and not a single staff member offered to help with our luggage or show us to our room. We had to struggle with our bags ourselves while the staff looked on with total indifference.
Verdict: This hotel has no concept of guest privacy or service. Between the filth and the fact that staff feel comfortable entering occupied rooms unannounced, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this property at all costs.
