best experience staying at Mambruk hotel
I stayed at Hotel Mambruk and truly had a very pleasant experience. From the check-in process to check-out, all the services provided felt very professional, friendly, and made guests feel valued. Even though when I arrived the lobby was very crowded, the queue was quite long, and the atmosphere was truly crowded, I was very impressed with one of the Front Office staff, **Mba Julis**.
Amidst the many guests arriving at the same time, Ms. Julis was still able to serve every guest with patience, friendliness, and a sincere smile. He did not look panicked at all, remained focused, agile, communicative, and was able to manage the situation very well so that the service process continued smoothly. I saw for myself how he handled every guest professionally, provided clear information, and tried to ensure all guest needs were met even though the work pressure at that time was quite high; even after I entered the room for about 15 minutes, he provided assistance before being asked, because at check-in, he informed me that the room was clean but some amenities were incomplete, but I preferred to wait in the room and the additional amenities could follow.
In my opinion, service like this is very worthy of appreciation. Not everyone is able to remain calm and provide the best service when facing very busy conditions. Ms. Julis truly showed outstanding service quality and was one of the reasons why my stay was so memorable.
Besides the excellent Front Office service, the hotel facilities are also comfortable, the rooms are clean, the hotel area is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very pleasant for vacationing or resting with family. All the staff I met were also friendly and helpful, which made me feel truly welcomed.
Thank you Hotel Mambruk for the wonderful stay experience. Special appreciation for **Ms. Julis at the Front Office** who provided the best service amidst very busy conditions. Hopefully, his dedication, hard work, and professionalism receive the proper recognition from the hotel management. I will definitely stay again at Hotel Mambruk and without hesitation recommend it to family, friends, or colleagues who want to have a truly special stay experience.

Nice Moment
My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at Villa Mambruk, we went swimming, played in the sand on the beach, and even enjoyed a foam party by the shore. I brought along my father, who is currently battling cancer, and we received excellent service from the staff—especially from Ms. Abel.
