This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Elok Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of IDR 2500000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property requires a deposit payment. Staff will contact guests directly for payment instructions. All events (where occupancy exceeds 1.5 times the sleeping capacity) requires prior approval by the Management at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival and a professional Event Organiser must be appointed for the event. General Guidelines for Events is available for your perusal. Please note that events without our prior approval are strictly prohibited and will result in booking cancellation without refund of all monies paid.
