Staff are fantastic, very genuine and kind. Large living and bathroom areas, comfortable bed. Breakfast to villa was lovely with good options. Pool nice and clean with good privacy. Garden nice and quiet. Villa is close to much of Seminyak on foot. Lounge chairs and pool cushions need cleaning. Inside paintwork of villa could do with a freshen up- we were grateful for extended check (for nominal fee) as we had a late night flight. Cute squirrel visiting garden daily was sweet.

Fell short of expectations and nothing like the pictures online.

We stayed at Nunia Boutique Villas for 10 days in January., 2026, in a 2 bedroom villa.
The villa was neat & tidy enough, although the interior & decor was dated. The entire inside could do with an update including cupboards where the laminate was peeling.
Breakfast everyday was delivered to the villa at a time requested, however was very basic. For example, the big breakfast was 2 poached eggs on toast, half a small tomato, 2 tiny pieces of overcooked bacon, & a sausage as big as a pinkie finger. The juice was just flavored water (with powdery residue left in the glass), almost like cordial. The fruit plate was basic, & got smaller each day.
Both bathrooms had soapy residue on the tiles. The tiles were dull & old, the bathrooms in serious need of a revamp.
We lost power on 1 day, losing our AC & WiFi. We also lost water one evening in the middle of a shower.
The biggest issue came when all septic tanks to our villa were full. It was a public holiday & they couldn’t get anyone out to empty. We requested a move into the neighbouring empty 2 bedroom villa, only to be told the pool was undergoing maintenance. We were permitted to use the toilets in the neighboring villa, however the next day when the septics were being emptied, they then asked if we wanted to relocate into that villa - this was on the last day of our stay. The toilets still didn’t work after being emptied with water gushing all over the floor that night.
The pool was chlorinated three times during our 10 day stay, however not properly cleaned or tested, & by our last day, the water was turning green & murky. The decking around the day bed was splitting with exposed nails, which was dangerous.
The walk to eat street was short, however there are no footpaths on a very busy road - wouldn’t recommend this with children. And the location to Peppers Resort saw Fri through Sunday nights with very loud music until late at night.
Our stay was relatively peaceful, but the villa felt like it fell short in many ways. Staff could have been friendlier.
Definitely not what we would call “boutique” & nothing like its online pictures. We won’t be going back to Nunia & would struggle to recommend it as a stay.

One of the finest stays amid affordable cost

The villa was very good and comfortable and the icing on the cake was the attitude and helpful nature of the staff who would go all out to make the guests comfortable.
Location was good and close to family Marts and eateries.
Overall it was a very good experience.

Very tired and run down rooms

Very tired rooms. Bed is comfy. Bathroom taps very corroded. Woodwork is damaged in places. Patchy paintwork everywhere. Staff are very nice. This is not a commentary on them. The Facility needs work . Towels were stained and doors rattled all the time from the wind . Couches are dirty and uncomfortable. Wouldn't stay again. Photos in sales info are not at all accurate. Nothing like it.

Very good location
