Strategic hotel with good room design.

A strategic hotel in the middle of the city at an affordable price, the room design is quite good but the thing to note is before checking in, please ask to see the room first, So that you really get the room you expect. Because some of the rooms are still rather dirty and some of the facilities are damaged, such as water faucets.

Worst hotel ever

I went to this hotel because my friend had an incident. the front desk is empty. the room smells like the smell of paint. And something went wrong with the AC. In the morning, the staff suddenly entered the room without permission. It make me a lil bit shock.

Good place to stay in the crowded city

I went to this hotel when I stayed in Denpasar, waiting for time to go to airport in the next day. It was a good place and quiet enough, the breakfast was good too. Having a good time while I was here with my friend.

Great value for money

The rooms are great they have everything that you would need. Could do with a little TLC. We had food and drinks here, service was a little slow. Breakfast had a large buffet selection. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

You got so many homework

Check in was smooth, room was Ok just need some touch up on the bathroom door and bedside table, drainage really need to be fixed, overall service way need lots of improvement.
During breakfast, several food tag vs the food was not match even there was 8 staff at the breakfast but no one change the food tag
Some food tasteless especially in desert.
The staff need to be more attentive and attention to detail.
It was said on the signage that the pool opened at 6 am, yet pool was still so dirty and no towel ready, the staff chattering arround so loudly. Lots of homework for services. The most inconvenient was the smell of the garbage within the room corridor. You need to work on this, starting from your staff.
