One of the best villas I have ever stayed in

I have tried several times to stay in the Seminyak area, Bali. And finally, I found the most complete villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, which is Villa Kayu Raja. In my opinion, this villa is the most comfortable and strategically located villa I have ever stayed in the Seminyak area. Just a short walk away, I can reach viral spots in Seminyak like 32do, Rayjin, and several other popular places. Although this villa is located in one of the busiest areas in Seminyak, I felt an extraordinary sense of tranquility, privacy, and comfort during my stay here. All the staff were also very friendly and very helpful in every way. I also had the opportunity to try the "Sunny View Grill Experience" buffet at their restaurant. For only IDR 200k, we can try all the delicious food, especially the BBQ. The breakfast is also a buffet and the menu is very extensive. Truly very worth it and very impressive for me. I stayed in the one-bedroom villa, and all the amenities and facilities in the room worked exceptionally well. I am very satisfied with my stay at Villa Kayu Raja and I highly recommend staying here if you want to vacation in Bali.

Zero stars. Very old property with no maintenance and no refund provided. Poor management and unsafe conditions.

This is one of the poorest-maintained villas in Seminyak and does not reflect the photos advertised online.
The property is very old and poorly maintained. The swimming pool is damaged and unsafe, with loose boards and exposed nails. Rooms, kitchen, and common areas are unhygienic and have strong unpleasant odors. Furniture and stairs are worn out, insects and lizards are present throughout the villa, and the air conditioning does not function properly. Bathrooms have foul-smelling water, and beds and mattresses are stained, dirty, and smell bad.
This property is unsafe, unhygienic, and misleading. It is not suitable for families or children and cannot be recommended.

Close to everything you need at Seminyak at a value price!

The villa is surprisingly good with the price! We really enjoyed this place even though it's a boutique space. Nothing to shout about with the amenities as you are in your own villa. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Seminyak hotspots, and the room is decent with a pool for chilling. My worst nightmare was insects but there were none here which i am glad. The staff are ever so helpful as well, appreciate it!

Bali Hospitality at Its Best with Amazing Staff and Beautiful Villas

We loved our villa at Villa Kayu Raja, Seminyak. The villa was cleaned daily and was always kept spotless. The private pool was a great way to cool off after a long day exploring Bali, and the rooftop pool was also fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.
Kayu Raja’s biggest asset is definitely its staff, who always greeted us with smiles, offered local knowledge and advice on where to go and what to do, and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Any issues we had were very minor and addressed quickly and professionally.
All in all, a fantastic spot with a great location and Bali’s best staff. Hope to see you all again soon.
