Stunning property. Service levels and food are five stars. Exceptional.
This property is a little slice of paradise. Everything about it was magnificent, truly exceptional. Immediately on arrival, when we were shown around the accomodation we booked an extra night as we were so impressed.
The terrace is fabulous with a number of seating areas and dining table. The objects and art are very tasteful and add lots of character. Views from the terrace , with clear views over the well tended gardens to Lovina are wonderful.
Oka, the property manager and his team go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. We were there for three nights and never left the property as it was so good, and had breakfast, lunch and dinner, each of which was cooked and presented to perfection.
They kindly did our laundry which was a bonus and arranged a driver onto our next destination
In summary, the Villa Patria has raised the bar to a higher level. Three nights was the ideal length of stay for us, to relax and enjoy the setting. All the high ratings are more than justified.

A paradise in Lovina – we wish we could stay longer!
We stayed three nights in the big villa at Villa Patria – and it was all through exceptional. The place emmers of peace and luxury with its beautiful garden, infinity pool and wonderful views of the sea and mountains. The villa is large, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The service was top from the first second – friendly, discreet and always helpful staff. But what really surprised us positively was the food: every dish we were served was delicious, homemade and full of taste. We chose to eat on site every night – and didn’t regret it for a second!
This is a place where you forget time and place. We wish we could have stayed longer – and we will definitely return!

My wife and I had the most incredible stay at Villa Patria! The moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking green landscapes that surrounded us. The gardeners truly deserve a round of applause for their exceptional work in maintaining the beauty of the villa's grounds.
The culinary experience was equally impressive, with two talented chefs (who are brothers, btw) working behind the scenes to create dishes that were not only delicious but also visually stunning. We were lucky to have had the pleasure of interacting with the key personnel, Oka, Wayan, and Kadek, who went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met and our comfort was prioritized.
The villa itself was a haven of comfort and relaxation. Its vastness and serenity made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We spent our days lounging by the massive swimming pool, snuggling up on the plush sofas and armchairs, and even indulging in the tranquillity of the outdoor bale. The sounds of nature – birds chirping, insects buzzing, roosters crowing, and dogs barking – created a symphony of bliss that we never wanted to end.

What a fantastic experience! The Villa was truly beautiful, with breathtaking views that managed to surprise us every day. The Villa itself is hugely spacious and equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay.
One of the highlights of our holiday was the dolphin tour, which we booked through the hotel. This was absolutely worth it! Everything was arranged to perfection, and we were able to fully enjoy this unique experience. Due to the long time on the boat in the sun we are unfortunately a bit sunburned, but the staff of the Villa were incredibly helpful and taught us a great trick with fresh aloe vera to calm the sunburned skin.
Every night we enjoyed dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious again and again. All in all an unforgettable holiday and a Villa we definitely recommend!

Great stay - nothing less! The place is located on the hillside with a fantastic view over Lovina and the sea. The two villas are very tastefully and authentically furnished. Nothing is missing. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. The food is really delicious and well prepared. We will definitely come again!
