Hotel under construction, hope soon finish the renovation. Location close to Braga, fit with teenagers activities

A legendary hotel need to update and to upgrade.
The hotel's location is close to the city centre and the legendary Braga street. But overall the hotel is in great need of improvement, both in terms of facilities and buildings and amenities. This is an important note for the owner and hotel manager.

Dirty 4 starts hotel!!!!
Very dirty for a 4-star hotel.
I booked 8 rooms from December 20-23. The rooms were very old and dirty. Toilets were outdated, and the carpet was not clean. On my bed, I saw a bloodstain. It was so dirty, especially since the price was also very expensive.
Not worth it!

Best experience but need improvement
great experience at the hotel. all staffs are polite and helpful especially Mr Sugema (sorry if got the name wrong) and friends.
The only drawback was my room near the main road. It was too noisy and I cannot sleep at night
