Nice breakfast

Chef Andra and Yuan treated us to a lovely tiramisu cake. It was creamy, delicious, and tasted really good! Thank you for the sweet treat!

The most comfortable accommodation in Batam

The hotel is nice, I really like it, the spa is cozy and comfortable. The service is also friendly, next time I'll come and want to repeat the order with the massage...

Don’t stay here

We stayed here for my sister’s wedding. While some of the staff were very nice, others were not friendly at all. For this price range, you can definitely find much better service in Batam.

Only about 10 mins from Batam Ferry Terminal. There is nothing much around the hotel. But as Grab is very affordable in Batm, it makes up for it.
Hotel room is clean and everything is well maintained as I think they have just opened in 2025.
Breakfast is good with an IndoMie station.

New hotel so everything was clean. Great ambience. Very near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Staff was friendly, helpful - amazing service. Hotel smells great.
A good breakfast spread. I particularly love the Indomie counter. Pastries taste excellent.
Will be back here again and hopefully experience the same or even better overall.
Kudos to the whole team!
