Excellent little hotel

The room sudh upgrade no kayak last year all sudh new wifi tight water warm and stable, the room sudh good even more strategic location easy to find food near the mall and pujasera.
There are no cockroaches. The room has been renovated. There's a full coffee.

Sound proofing is really really bad. You can hear the sound of people, cleaners along the main corridors because of the hard flooring. Music from the KTV below went on until late at night. Also it smells of cigarette smoke.
There are also no security safe, no fridge, no hair dryer.

Highly recommended in my opinion, because its strategic location is in the center of the city close to shopping centers such as a mall, stret food and many saparans that can be visited in the morning, I have been 2x to this hotel with my friends from Balai and Singapore

Bad Points:
ts a very old and rundown 3 level hotel. Its really cheap like $23 - $35 per night. Be prepared to hear loud music after 12mn till 3am. No sound proof room. Can hear very loud n clear for passerby outside your room.
Good points :
Walkable to Batam city Square and Grand Batam mall. There are famous Lapis No 1, many foodcourt below or opposite the hotel. There is a wet market just beside the hotel. There is a A2 foodcourt with varieties food selection.
Excellent :
HOTEL counter staff very helpful and greets customer with smile from their heart! This is a bonus and will feel happy with it
