Still the Best hotel in Binjai

Could not expect more since this was the best hotel you can get in Binjai area.Quite hommy, big sofa in the lobby, everything was fine except the noise of street or the traffic you may experiece since their location is beside the main road.

Expensive for a 2 star hotel

Our family took 3 rooms for one night at this hotel on 17 Sep. Bed and pillow was decent, air conditioning was pretty cool. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was passable.
Our only issue is the pricing. Room rate was on the high side for a hotel which looked no better than a 2 star hotel.
Only stay here if you have no choice.

Hotel paling bagus di Binjai dan mahal tetapi services dan kebersihan seperti hotel tidak ada bintang nya.

Kamar mandi tergenang air nya- konstruksi yang tidak bagus. Shower air kecil. Kebersihan di kamar jauh di bawah standard. Di bawah ranjang ada sampah bungkus makanan. Di bawah meja sampah kulit rambutan. Toilet Bowl bau dan berwana kuning. Bukan itu saja, Tidak ada greeting dari para staff baik yang senior dan junior, Saya dan Ibu saya yang selalu memberikan Greeting terlebih dahulu, Tidak ada selamat pagi , siang atau malam. Atau sekedar membukankan pintu lobby atau membantu pencet lift ( saya travelling bersama orang tua yang sudah tua) . Breakfast Buffet, Kehabisan makanan , gula dan roti. Rice Cooker yang tidak representative untuk di tempatkan di meja Buffet. Karatan dan kotor . Berharap management bisa memberikan training standard Hotel service kepada karyawan atau murid yang magang di sana. Receptionist apabila ada guest yang bertanya harap berdiri menjawab - bukan hanya duduk sambil mendongak ke atas dan memegang HP di tangan.

Expensive Hotel

Hotel ini merupakan satu-satunya hotel yang ada di Binjai. Hotel ini termasuk hotel bintang 3 tetapi menurut saya hotel ini tidak seperti hotel bintang 3. Dan harga untuk hotel ini cukup mahal yaitu sekitar 500rb-an. Jika Anda mempunyai banyak waktu sebaiknya Anda menginap di Medan dan berkendara ke Binjai karena untuk harga 500rb, Anda bisa mendapatkan hotel yang lebih bagus di Medan.
Untuk sarapan nya tidak banyak pilihan, hanya roti dan nasi. Minumannya pun hanya teh dan kopi. Dan untuk air panas di kamar mandi hanya bisa untuk satu kali mandi. Untuk handuk pun sedikit kotor.

Hotel paling bagus di Binjai

Biasanya kalau ada keperluan di Kota Binjai, kebanyakan orang akan memilih untuk tinggal di Medan. Tapi kalau memang terpaksa menginap di Binjai, hotel ini pilihan terbaik yang ada di kota binjai. Kamarnya bersih dan baru, AC dingin, hanya kemarin kamar saya tidak ada air panas. Dan yang paling penting, hotel ini punya Genset yang bagus..... Jadi gak kena Byar-pet
