A BAD EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL FOR THE FIRST TIME

Very unpleasant experience.. first and last time to this hotel. after the service is also Less. Sleep is not quiet because the bedroom is full of rotten lice. There are almost about 20 rotten lice that I get from 10:00 pm (the intention of sleep) until 1:30 pm (morning) because I'm holding a bunch so that g in the bite. just because the first morning g can sleep his end complaining and asking for a change of room. I was offered to stay back in a room suite and you two like this thing happened. Why am I disappointed? because after the service is very short. I don't know what's in the mind of the management, maybe thinking because one person won't have an impact on the hotel, I hope this is a lesson who wants to stay in this hotel. I think the service is less than once. Sorry I ended up with a ugly review, because there is no good opinion from the hotel management.

Many things in the room is broken, old, or rotten, especially the toilets and the towel.
Firstly, the towel provided is very dirty, and looks like it is used as a floor mat. Are the towels washed together with the floor mat? So dirty! Better use your own towel. The towel is yellow, has dirty spots, and has a strange smell.
Secondly, the toilets are very run down and long overdue for maintenance. The taps are chipped all around, the shower’s doors are broken, the shower floor is dirty and looks like breaking, the sink is cracked, water from the shower leaks onto the floor, the toilet door is broken and cannot open and close properly.
Thirdly, the bedsheets are dirty and torn. It is very bad, and I could not sleep well the entire night because it is so dirty and dusty.
This hotel is for you if you don’t mind using dirty or things that needed maintenance long time ago.
