Rayz UMM Hotel nice, clean, and scented

My family stayed at Rayz UMM because the location was very close to the UMM campus. It happened that my brother graduated from UMM, so I got a special price for a graduate family. The hotel was nice, clean, and scented. The atmosphere is calm, all the staff friendly, and the variation of the breakfast menu is easy to fill up Clearly want to stay again at Rayz UMM if you want a vacation to Malang again ♫

A Comfortable Stay with Excellent Facilities and Attentive Service

The room is complete, there is the Qur'an and the Quran. The officers are friendly.
Strategic position, near the UMM mosque. Wanting to see the views on the eighth floor in the morning too can, Stone City and Malang is crowded with its mountains.
Breakfast at 6:00 is ready.
Position picking the fruit only needs to be fixed. It's facing the street, so if the one from the elevator goes straight to the dining place, you won't see it.

Very pleased to stay at the Rayz Hotel's Villa

We were very happy to stay here, especially it turns out that at this time there is a free dinner every day so we stayed for 2 nights and each dinner menu was delicious and very helpful to us rather than having to go out or order food online that because we came in a lot of people, a little difficult to determine the same purpose and even we have babies so it is not comfortable if you go too late. Besides, the hotel staff was very friendly.

Luxury hotel at an affordable price

At an affordable price, the hotel is quite luxurious with a spacious, clean lobby, and it's nice. Dapet free welcome drink and 2 cone ice cream.
Room is spacious and clean. This hotel is fine, near the dining area and next to the hotel is a bookstore.

This hotel failed to meet our expectations for a 4-star property. While the staff were friendly, communication in English was a challenge, which made our stay more difficult. Cleanliness was a major issue—the plates, our room, and even the toilets were not properly cleaned. The food, although reasonably priced, didn’t meet our expectations in terms of quality and taste. Additionally, the hotel’s overall design felt poorly planned, and it lacked the standards we experienced in other 4-star hotels during our trip. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to the fullest
