Bad experience

There is noise from the neighbouring hotel, very loud during the day and late evening. We asked specifically to book a quiet room on the first floors, more than 6 months in advance, calling the staff as well as sending emails.
After 24 hours traveling we arrived at the hotel and again confirmed that we wanted a quiet room on the first floor. The staff member said it was a quiet room. We were talking to the room on the second floor which we rejected immediately due to loud music.
We have up pay extra for upgrades.
Room and even a bungalow are veryold and tired: there is sewerage smell from the toilet and the shower, they are dirty as well. We asked the staff to wash the flour and the bathroom, but it has not been done properly. I will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone to stay there.

We are repeat customers at Resparti and have always liked how clean and comfortable it is. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A very convenient location and value for money. Breakfast is generally very good. We would stay again if we return to Sanur.

Icon mall around the corner. Breakfast in front of the beach, staff very friendly, clean room. 5 stars in every category including price per night stay
