Beautiful view
We stayed in the grand deluxe room right in front of the pool. It's a little away from the lobby but there's a staff who's helping bring the stuff even though we checked in around 8 p.m. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty clean, but the floor was slightly smooth and placing the toilet too tight to the wall made it uncomfortable.
It's cool without air conditioning, though, because the hotel's location is quite high. The view is beautiful too. Besides, there's plenty of choice for breakfast and it tastes good.

Bad.
I was pretty disappointed with the experience of staying at this hotel. From the booking I didn't have, and there was no solution to Dr. Staff until I had to cancel the meeting and wait for 2 hours. And at the time you can check in the room's hygiene is very bad, there's a lot of dust in various areas and there's even a lot of bugs in the gorden section, like a room that hasn't been cleaned well for a long time. And the bathroom smells noisy.
And the ideal for a 4-star hotel is no laundry bag.
When asking for a room change, the hotel cannot provide a solution. In addition, staff service is very slow in handling guest requests. My son fell and his head leaked in the elbow of the desk, and then I asked that the section be closed for safety reasons, which I told security when I went to the hospital to deliver to the receptionist, but the follow-up was very long. Until I called back but it was still too long until I was upset and I canceled.
Another rather disappointing experience was when orders of food and drinks from Gojek were spilled by the hotel. Indeed, it was finally replaced, but before I was interrogated about the amount of drinks and other details, while I had already informed no room and name clearly and gojek has also entered but seemingly doubted my report as a guest.
And in the morning of bfast my son was charged katna staff speculating my son is 7 years old, without first asking which my son is 5th and 3th. And during the bfast staff looked at us as if we were doing a crime.
I hope the hotel can pay more attention to room hygiene, guest safety, and improve the quality of service and response of staff ahead.

Very bad experience ever
- Location very far from downtown bukittinggi, for those who don't have a vehicle might reconsider staying here
- Comfortable atmosphere for those who want peace and the view is pretty good.
- Stayed in his villa and satisfied with the size of the room and its facilities
- For those wishing to stay in his villa may be considered the following:
1. The location of the villa is different from the hotel
2. Paying very expensive and said VVIP of course with incredible expectations but very very very far from a word of satisfaction
3. There's no service and special staff standby and intercom is dead, so I don't know how to contact his staff
4. Hoping to have a special breakfast but we were ordered breakfast at a hotel that he said was 5 stars but "it's a nightmare"
5. No salad bar, no salad...
6. Cereal station is messy and there's just coco crunch
7. Even worst pasta
8. Local food only fried chicken no other
9. Egg station... worst omelet ever
10. Coffee order, only coffee tubruk
11. Long weekend only scheduled DW staff
Overall, the worst hotel F&B in history...will not recommend to stay here, very bad experience i had....so sad, better get professional hotel management to running this hotel.

The room ok, the Tv channel isonly from antenna,so it blurry, the sink always clogged,the shower hard to control the temperature, this side of hotel only on weekdays,if you want to stay on the better room at the new building,only open in weekends,so don’t expect 4-5 star on weekdays.

Our favorite hotel is a vacation to the high hills. The mood is really manjain our eyes... the air is also healthy bangeet..
Only unfortunately the balcony hasn't changed the inventories of the room which is not good especially the bathroom (not clean) jd feel bad for me to pay 1jt..
Hopefully the next balcony will be more comfortable ya... krn view is okay bgtt...
