To be honest I didn’t know what to expect before we arrived as it had a one star rating. Well i can tell you we were pleasantly surprised by the homely feeling and the warm welcome we received. We had the room with the semi outdoor bathroom and there was only one other guest staying there who we became friends with also. The bathroom was not sparkling clean and probably needed a good scrub with Jiff (for those of you in Australia) and there was a bit of sewage smell as well. However once we got past that we were perfectly happy with our 7 night stay (but due to the water pump breaking) we were moved to a lovely villa for our last 2 nts and I can tell you the owner and the two girls working at Svaha could not do enough for us..from taking us to get some food and drinks on our first nt to dropping us off where we were volunteering and also taking us to visit a local night market. They were always busy, cleaning, or sweeping the floor or cleaning the pool. Our bed was comfortable and the views in the morning from the dining table and pool were lovely. So if you are looking for a home away from home in a quieter location and budget price then you won’t be disappointed. Just don’t expect hotel standardised the bathrooms otherwise a great little find. ✌️

Good and enjoyable stay in Ubud

We were here with 2 families ttl 7 persons. Very nice chambers wit double beds. Good matrasses ans clean. Nice and helpful staff. Standard rooms have shared toilet and shower. Sufficient. Bit long walk from city but cheap taksis all around. Definitely good value for money

Home Sweet Home

Menginap dua malam di sini sangat berkesan dan mengesankan.
Foto kamar dan penginapan sama banget dengan yang kami lihat.
Bahkan, kami serasa di rumah sendiri dengan dapur, ruang makan, ruang nonton televisi yang luas dan bisa leyeh-leyeh.
Spot yang paling kece buat kami adalah, halaman belakang yang langsung bisa melihat kemegahan Gunung Agung.
Bahkan saat terjadi erupsi, pada Senin (2/7) lalu, kami bisa melihat langsung percikan api dari Gunung Agung. Pemandangan yang luar biasa atas keagungan Sang Khalik.
Udara Ubud yang segar dan lokasi yang dekat ke pasar tradisional dan bbrp pusat wisata membuat kami tidak salah menginap di sini.
Bahkan, hari terakhir kami memilih leyeh2 berenang puas dan menikmati hari terakhir di Ubud dengan santai tanpa mengejar waktu.
Menikmati langit biru yang cerah dan menghirup udara segar dan memandang hijau hamparan padi di belakang penginapan.
