nice experience

nice, cozy and chill place. really good to have a meeting here with your loved ones. also has a good food. the services of the staff, mba linda was also nice❤️ i got the free ice cream as well

The best hotel

It was quite a pleasant experience to be able to stay and enjoy all the facilities at the hotel, and especially the receptionist (Vicky) who was very, very friendly and very welcoming

First time!

First time staying at Artotel Casa Kuningan. The hotel is not big but the homey impression is bad, the strategic location is a bit stuck in the afternoon. Iverall good service, special mention for the helpful and very friendly front office team. Mas VICKY thank you and Mba Wela! Highly recommended

The room is good the service is excellent but the breakfast not much of a choice thanks to wayan and ilmai
