Even better than the last time! Very much a firm favourite, not just in Jakarta! Thank You to Alasdair & the team!
We returned for a 2 night stay at the end of May and it was even better than our previous, wonderful visit.
Checking-in at the Pacific Club we were warmly welcomed by the Fabulous team. Lovely to see familiar faces and also to meet Yoka, who was a delight.
Alasdair, The GM kindly made time to come and say Hello, looking dapper as ever! I had brought some Scottish treats for him as a small Thank You. He really has made the hotel a firm favourite.
We were informed our suite had some surprises awaiting us and we were not disappointed.
Our Premier Suite itself was perfect and wonderfully appointed, with a chic & comfortable living room, the comfiest bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a view and a half!
So many sweet treats and a beautiful Birthday cake (Our birthdays are 2 days apart!) awaited us.
We also ‘"found" our new cuddly friend, Pan-Pan the Lamb, the cute Pan Pacific Mascot. He has already travelled many thousands of air miles!
Oh and the monogrammed pillowcases was such a charming touch. We were truly spoiled!
Alasdair had reached out before our stay to let us know about the further improvements in The Pacific Lounge and these were fantastic. The cocktail hour fizz has been upgraded to Moët & Chandon. The cocktail menu & experience have also been upgraded, and as you will see from the picture the whole experience has been enhanced.
Just like Raffles Jakarta you can now order little dishes which are freshly cooked to order; the baby lasagna was superb.
It truly is a lounge that you now want to linger in with good company and the best vista in town.
Breakfast still takes a little time to arrive but the staff are fantastic and the food is too. Special Thanks to Jerry, Michael and Githa.
We can’t wait to return to see what next Alasdair and his terrific team have up their sleeves…

Super enjoyable experience!
We truly enjoyed our stay here! ❤️ A great hotel in a fantastic location.
We also had lunch at the Japanese restaurant and were very well looked after by Mikhael, Bella, Christofer, and Adel. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Perfect Stay for Birthday Staycation
I just wanted to share my experience during my recent stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. ❤️
I honestly felt so happy and satisfied with the service. From the moment we arrived, I truly felt welcomed and treated like family. One person who really made a lasting impression on me was Indah, who was always there at the Pacific Club. Her warmth and genuine hospitality were truly memorable.
We were also celebrating a birthday, and everything was made so special. Our room was beautifully decorated according to our request, and during dinner, we received such a lovely birthday surprise.
But one of the sweetest moments actually happened later that night. I was surprised to receive complimentary tea, thoughtfully prepared for me so I could have a good night’s sleep. It may seem like such a simple gesture, but that kind of thoughtfulness really touched me and made our stay even more special. ❤️
And to top it all off, we were kindly given a late check-out until 3 PM, which was incredibly helpful.
