I felt real-life Bali
Great services, people are very kind, open and show real sincerity. We could feel Bali each moment, calm and relaxed atmosphere!
Room has all accessories, fully equipped and cleaned daily.
Location is great by having around stores and restaurants.
Great price. Worth to flight 35h one way to have this experience.
Resort has all needed amenities.
All stuff are open and nice, especially Komang (bell boy/driver). He offered us a great services by driving smooth
Thank you all by doing great jobs!

Exceptional staff
We had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the exceptional staff, who were always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel itself is stunning and impeccably clean. Our room and all the public areas were spotless throughout our stay, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere.
We chose all inclusive and have never experienced an all inclusive quite like this one. Breakfast was the usual buffet but lunch and dinner were both a la carte with 3 courses available for each. The food was truly outstanding, with a fantastic variety and excellent quality at every meal. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and there was always something delicious to enjoy. The all inclusive drinks were also of an excellent standard, local beer, spirits and wine were all very good.
After two weeks, we genuinely didn't want to leave. The combination of a beautiful hotel, exceptional service, outstanding food, and impeccable cleanliness made this one of the best holidays we've had.
A special mention goes to Radita and Urip from the bar who always welcomed us with a smile, remembered our drinks and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Iluh for her continuous hard work, always with the biggest smile and the lady from reception who arranged a beautiful birthday surprise. We would highly recommend this hotel despite the ongoing beach works which had little impact on our stay. Make sure you make use of the shuttle to virgin beach which is absolutely stunning! Thank you Candi Beach for memories we will never forget, we can't wait to return one day.

Magnificent hotel for a dream stay.
A sublime stay in a villa with a private pool. The villa is very nicely decorated, the bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom has 2 showers and a spa bathtub. Outside, there is a very beautiful pool well exposed to the sun with a gazebo and lounge chairs. The service is exceptional, the food is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is very plentiful and varied.
The spa offers excellent massages. It is truly a place of very high quality where one can be at peace and relax.
Everything is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is very attentive.
A beautiful beach with lounge chairs and a restaurant 15 minutes by scooter where swimming is easy.
A dream place for a couple's getaway.

Luxury hotel in a fabulous setting
Absolutely magnificent, the perfect place to spend a vacation chilling out. I rented a superb villa in the middle of the tropical garden with a private pool for my family with my children. Exceptional
The staff really takes great care of you. The bed mattress was too soft; I asked to have it flipped since I have back problems, and they immediately did what was necessary. However, there is no separate bedroom; we all sleep together.
Breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty.
I will come back, that is for sure ♥️.
The only downside: there is no direct access to the beach at the moment due to coastal renovation work. We had not been informed by the hotel, which spoiled the fun a little. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service to go to Virgin Beach, about 25 minutes away by car, but you have to pay for your lounge chair once you arrive.
The hotel spa, on the other hand, is not great; music at the ground floor restaurant in the evening echoes in the massage room on the 1st floor. I had booked a massage in the evening. I really felt like I was the last client, a rushed massage. I did not enjoy this experience. Expensive and unprofessional.

Elegant resort in Candidasa
Very well-maintained resort, beautiful pools, and the possibility of going out by boat with small local vessels for spectacular snorkeling. Very good restaurant, very complete breakfast, highly recommended spa with adorable staff.
