Very good

Nice hotel with simple but good rooms with terrace with view on the garden.
Nice garden with swimming pool
The staff is very kind and the restaurant offers good food.
Central posizion in Kuta and very near ti the beach.

Worse manner and worse service from the management

I was came around 2 weeks ago for stay a monthly,l.
Had really bad experience one of the family member of this hotel name is Laras incharge for Kedin's cafe cross the privacy things conversation too much. Talk about if I want to reduce my weight, judging for my status currently and digging my personal life too much.
Once in the morning I was complaint to one if staff that I will sit down fro breakfast outside only cause bad experience last night. The staff report to her and she came in the morning with her short pajamas and came to my table without permition just sat down beside me and said in bad manner and very emotional face and said to me" I want yo talk with you, why you complaint this and that???
I reply to her " i don't have time to talk with you"
And she stand uo hit my table and pointing at me and yelling at me said you are crazy!
Wow!
The worse ever service in the world.
And then I came to teh bar area order hot water and she yell at all the staff said don't handle that I will pay her bill and staff said cannot handle my order because boss not allow them.
What a really worse experience here.
This is danger behaviour. I am working and doing business as hospitality for oil and gas client mostly never happend like this to customer. You must not put your customer in danger and treat them nice always doesn't matter expat or Indonesian.

An excellent relaxed atmosphere

Excellent pool but 2 metres deep and you can only get in or out through children’s pool. Wifi is non existent. No wifi in rooms. If you are outside you can get it but turned off at 10 pm. The place is super quiet and huge grounds with a lovely restaurant at front. Cheap meals and great food although the menu is minimal. Alcohol is 5 000 IDR ( 50 cents aus) dearer than the cheapest bar around. The restaurant is brand new and super modern, fabulous place to sit just back from the street and watch the world go by. Rooms are older style but definitely not shabby. Cleanliness is excellent with freezing aircon. Large rooms. Anytime of day you have the grounds and pool to yourself. Staff are rarely seen unless you go to the reception desk and restaurant staff are such lovely friendly people. Absolutely excellent place for families with children. Secure parking for your scooter well inside the grounds.

Nice place

Great location as it is only 5 min walk from the beach yet is still nicely quiet at night. We enjoyed the swimming pool all three days we were there. The staff were friendly and obliging. Room was basic and bathroom could do with a refresh, but in line with the cheap price. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again.

Tasty and Cheap!

We visited Kedins to view AFL grand final. Whilst the game was a fizzer Kedins was great! We had 2 meals 6 beers and a cruiser all for under A$30! The food was delicious. Highly recommend the Thai Beef Salad! Will definitely return to Kedins!
