A hidden gem

Loved all of it. Huge pool, huge living area, huge bedroom, huge bathroom, huge shower, and a huge spa. Outdoor kitchen but rarely used it. 3 air-conditioners but one in the bathroom not working (will be fixed), but most of the time, we just had the one in the bedroom going as all the dividing walls didn't go up to the racked ceiling The staff were so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was amazing and they provided a free one way trip anytime to anywhere local. Kadek in particular was so helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

HK Villa is the most amazing hidden gem across located across from the river. The staff cannot do enough for you. They are extremely accommodating, kind, friendly, just beautiful people. We had the Australian breakfast each day and it was one of the beat breakfasts we've had..I couldn't be happier about our stay at HK Villa. We didn't want to leave! Matur suksma 🙏❤️ we already miss you!!

Great villa with a disappointing occurred.

Unfortunately after being so impressed with the Villa I had jewellery stolen from the safe in my room.
The Manager didn’t care and actually tried to convince me that I had been “hypnotised” by “magic “ and hadn’t even purchased the jewellery at all. I just believed that I had.
Breakfast was amazing. Made personally by a beautiful young lady Kadek Ariani. This young lady is an incredible asset to the business.
The villa was spacious and clean with adequate air conditioning.
The bed, however, was so hard that I woke up stiff and sore every morning.

I will return

Central location, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Upon arrival you are traumatized: you enter a construction site full of tools, work material, general chaos, then you realize that they are building the new lobby.
Then they accompany you down the narrow driveway and open the door to paradise: the villa is beautifully equipped with all comforts: swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, sitting area, four-poster bed, hydromassage bath, two bathrooms, the photos are realistic. Breakfast, chosen the night before, is served in "your kitchen" by the pool, excellent and plentiful, with fresh produce. Free scooter included in the price (not brand new). Professional and very kind staff (they accompanied us to the airport for free).

Relaxing weekend away

Staff both friendly and accomodating.
It was our first time staying in a villa whilst in Bali. Staff explained everything quite well and made us feel comfortable.
Free bike use, free yummy breakfast and free driver for drop off within local area.
Spacious and clean room. 3x aircon plus fans to add to your comfort. Smart tv with free WIFI. Villa fully self contained. Plenty of drinking water to quench your thirst.
I had tattoo work done. Advised the staff and they were able to put on older sheets so I didn’t stain linen and end up with a bill.
Organised a late check out and were very accomodating when this was requested.
Thank you to the staff at HK for a friendly and enjoyable stay.
