Good value - great location
We spent five days at Sejuk Suites with my wife, couple of kids and the babysitter - ok she's my sister in law :)
It was great for us, good size, very good location (just an easy stroll on the beach with restaurants bars and of course the sunset.
We had an easy check in - you don't have to check in at the Jajakarta reception even with our quite late arrival, there greeted friendly at Sejuk suites.
It is a bit worn down, but hey.
For us it was great, for two couples might not so perfect - the main bedroom is pretty much open.
You could use the descent size of the Jayakarta pool - including the pool bar (no wonder they liked us).
The daily service was just great, very well looked after, friendly.
It depends on your expectation - we went to another two resorts in our Bali trip after but we were happy to stay in Sejuk Suites.

The good the bad the ugly squirrels
The apartment itself was dated, well worn (examples: deep stains on bath and showers, floor starting to rot, balcony poorly maintained, squirrels within the roof scuteering round at night, seen a cockroach also, smelly toilet, balcony furniture useless) however the cleaner does a fantastic job of making it as clean as it can be and laundry service was excellent for free of charge. Bed linen and towels always clean. Sejuk suites dated such as faulty lifts, the jayakarta hotel itself we didn’t use the facilities such as the pools as they where overcrowded,not able to get a sunbed even at 9am ,swim up bar inaccessible due to crowds in the pool, couldn’t use the free shuttle bus to kuta due to hotels guests not showing up and sejuk residents denied, you can only travel if hotel guests are. Kids swimming in the pool late hours at night.
However the Location is great, nice local bars and restaurants and beach clubs shame we felt we couldn’t use the pools in the over crowded hotel. Spent most of time visiting the much nicer beaches as couldn’t stand the constant hassling at the beach opposite the hotel and found the beach itself to be grotty and not the picturesqueness that Bali is sold as! Went to beaches such as Nusa Dua and dreamland beach and Sunday’s beach club, Azul Beach Club, potatoe head beach club which were all amazing.

Room 6524 2 bed apartment honest review
Hi this is the 2 bed apartment on the 5th floor no one is above you. You are on the top floor with a very small sea view because a tree is in the way. The outside balcony is large. The suite it’s self is very dirty and hasn’t been loved for around 10 yrs. Chips out of most stuff and just very run down. There is a potent ammonia smell coming from both bathrooms so the fans was constantly on.
It’s not just the usual Bali sewer smell it’s just the cleaner not cleaning properly. One day we asked her to clean around the back of the toilet. We didn’t have any smell for 2/3 days then it was back. If the toilet was cleaned everyday then we would return to 6524. The cleaning lady is very nice two deal with.
The cleaner washes the towels and cleans the room every day but the bed sheets were not changed on our 2 week stay. It’s at the front of the hotel which is a 7 min walk to the pool and breakfast. That’s all the bad stuff. The Jayakarta it’s self is great large resort with 3 large pools. Breakfast is very good. Pool service all day long swim up bar. It’s Right in the beach. We meet many people from seminak who came in daily because of the pool. The bar b que buffet they have on every night $15 give it a miss yuk not worth it. Specials $5 cocktails daily. Jayakarta it’s self it’s great I’m coming back in September would I return to 6524 not sure just because of the ammonia smell coming from the bathrooms. If that was sorted then yes I would return

Comfortable place to stay, close to many restaurants and the beach!
We stayed here for 5 days, initially thought it may be a little old from the look of the outside of the main hotel but the apartment was quite modern and very comfortable. Easy to relax and a nice stroll through gardens to go to the pool. Nothing was really too far away. The beach and lot's of restaurants and local style warungs all within walking distance.
Don't expect anything too fancy, but it was spacious, good service and the air con worked a treat which is nice to come back to after a day of exploring in Bali.

Comfortable and friendly stay
My boyfriend and I came from Melbourne and stayed here for a week. We stayed in 6509 which had a king bed, tv, kitchen, air conditioning, and a very comfortable sofa bed. The daily housekeeping and laundry service was great and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice to come back to a clean and cool apartment after a long hot beach day and just relax on the sofa bed and watch a movie on the tv.
The room is a 5 minute walk to the pool, restaurant, and beach but its nice that we weren't too close to the noisy pool and restaurant area and it was a cute little walk through Jayakarta's garden to get there. It's also close to a whole street of restaurants where we had a really tasty steak at a restaurant called Yutz Place, which was about a 5 minute walk as well.
Overall, I would definitely recommend to friends and family. A sweet modern apartment, good value for money, and a very comfortable stay!
