The worst hotel ever! Never go back again!

1. wifi error!
2. no air conditioner!
3. toilet door can’t be lock!
4. can’t order anything above 9pm! I just order ice cube they can’t give it to us!
5. we can’t bring our electronics item or will be charged!
6. Seventh the staff not polite!
7. price 1,4 million per night! Shitttty price!
8. Tv channel only 13.
Better you close your hotel!

Not worth the price

I stayed here for 1 day. At the first time we come in to the reception, the receptionist is really not friendly at all. We stayed here because it is the only hotel that has a swimming pool. When we come in to the room, i lie on the bed and i feel itchy all over my body. The hot shower really lags. The water is brownish colored. It was terrible. The most terrible things are first at midnight the hotel staff are singing loud on our rooms corridor and it really makes me can not sleep and second when the room service knock the door at 7 a.m repeatedly at about 4-5 times to deliver our breakfast even if we shut from inside to wait a minute. I will not come to this place again and it is not worth to be called a resort.
PS : this resort doesn't have security at night time. I really felt insecure. Really not a recommended place to stay. The price is to much and the service is to bad.

Overpriced!

There is not much to say. The rate starts at about 800k if I remember it right. For a small, old and not very clean room. Bargaining was not possible at all.
The hotel's area is actually quite nice, but still, if you want to visit Malino, I'd rather recommend stay in a nice hotel in Makassar for less and rent a car (in total less than one night here) and drive up there. Nice scenery...

Two thumbs down!

Don't bother with this hotel unless you don't have a choice. It is over priced for what it has to offer. Hotel staffs don't know what they are doing. I killed two big roaches.
Room is small and a little smelly.
The hotel is located in a convenient location which is near Takapala Water Fall.

Dirty room, bloodstains in sheets, unfriendly staff, only cold water and your breakfast will be 1 dry toast and the dirtiest coffee you've ever tasted!
