Good Resort, Best location & Great surf & dive!
The hotel is beachfront, featuring a beautiful infinity pool and a large beachfront property filled with a lush green lawn and coconut trees. It is a stunning setting that immediately brings peace and relaxation.
The main highlight of the hotel is definitely the wonderful staff. The entire team is extremely helpful, polite, and cordial, making us feel very welcome from day one.
We would like to give a special mention to Dorce. She is a truly special person, always smiling and happy. My wife and I already consider her a dear friend; her kindness made all the difference in our experience.We got spoiled having the staff do everything for us—making our breakfast, cleaning our room, and doing our laundry. That is exactly what a vacation should feel like.
The breakfast is extremely delicious, featuring fresh fruits, coffee made in a French press, Italian-style bread, eggs, and pancakes.The golden touch is the local "palm honey," a unique delicacy found only in the Rote region, as it is extracted from a native palm tree.
To make it even better, breakfast is served right in front of the beach, under a stylish thatched roof that provides perfect shade and comfort. Eating there, feeling the refreshing breeze, looking at the turquoise blue sea, and watching the surf waves of T-Land in the background, was an unforgettable experience.
The activities infrastructure is also excellent. The hotel has its own boat and takes guests to surf the waves for free. We also took the hotel boat to Do'o Island, where we had a very special snorkeling experience. Trust me… I have been diving for many years and do spearfishing, so I know a high-quality dive when I see one - and the marine life there truly impressed me.
To top it all off, the hotel provided our transfer to the airport, which made all the logistics incredibly easy and stress-free.
We highly recommend Villa Sedeoen and will definitely come back!

Great spot to stay
The staff and manager are great there really helpful and organized all our transport bikes and boats to surf the villa has 4 big rooms and a cottage all have access to cooking areas and fridges in main dining area the room is large and beds are comfy the indoor outdoor shower is nice to look up at stars too
