Great views, romantic, quiet, child-friendly and excellent value for money.

There were nine of us, and we booked four rooms. One of the rooms had an issue with the bathroom, and in less than ten minutes, we were given another room. We spent three wonderful days there. I am Spanish, and my family is from Johor, Malaysia. We were all delighted with our stay.
As you can see from my profile, I have stayed at many hotels in different countries. Honestly, I find it difficult to understand some of the negative reviews because they do not reflect our experience at all. No hotel is 100% perfect; if someone wants to find a minor fault, they always will.
At check-out, the hotel made a mistake and forgot to refund my deposit. However, they contacted me themselves via WhatsApp and email, apologised, and the money has already been transferred back to me. Based on my experience travelling around the world, I can say that very few hotels show this level of humility, honesty and professionalism when they make a mistake.
I am not giving them a 5—I am giving them a 10. I highly recommend staying at Nongsa Point Marina & Resort. We would definitely return.

Walkability: Both beaches are within walking distance, one beach to relax and other with activities.

Hotel highlights: Great views, romantic, quiet, child-friendly and excellent value for money.

Unhelpful staff

Lovely country but this hotel is shabby and the staff are unhelpful. In torrential rain I asked to use the pool table and was told the doors cannot be opened until 3pm.

Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family.

Average experience

Located near to Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. One of the 3 hotels/resorts (Nongsapoint, Turi, Nongsa Village) under the same boss.
Friendly staffs and always make us feel welcome.
This is a more than 20 years resort, furnitures are relatively old, lots of room for improvement. Only shower towels provided. Plus point for the rooms is the shower, strong pressure water at the correct desired temperature
Under staff or buggies to transport the guests.
Not "ready" to host full house customers, especially during breakfast
There is no beach, if you need beach, has to walk to Turi Beach (10 mins walk)
Overall, an average experience for us.
