The breakfast service was very poor. I think it's just me, but the big family is the same, asking for a new omelet not in response at all, in the cuekin

A great place for a break in Padang.

Nice bright room, very clean, comfortable bed, decent WIFI, fast laundry service, expansive breakfast included, restaurant good and with Babek Sawa another good eating spot only a block away. Limited english spoken by staff but compensated for by their extreme helpfullness. 4 ATM machines located on property. Didn't use the pool due to lack of time but it was very inviting.

Why is this a 4-star hotel?

The lobby of the 4-star hotel still looks pretty, but in the room the sea view is 4 stars at most.
The furniture is run down and partly broken, the room is dirty, the beds were clearly not freshly made, the room was teeming with vermin. This is an imposition!
