Avoid this dirty structure with insects

Dirty structure, smoking everywhere, bad eating, stealing money and dirty rooms, a crap... everywhere is better than in this structure, they get smart and think the customer is a person from whom to draw money... AVOID THEM!!!

Don’t take it

Hotel is old and everywhere is smelling smoking from cigaret. Staff is going with fresh wc spray and try to do better. I don’t know what is better. Staff on reception, don’t matter who, very bad. (We spoke with 3 people). Nobody don’t speak english and can’t to help you with anything. Don’t know nothing about city, about islands...nothing. You can cross the road and take hotel Kyriad. We did it for next two nights. Much better, very nice staff, big clean room, everything 200% better and same price.

Would not go back

I arrived in Padang and was looking for a hotel to stay in. After visiting many I booked through Traveloka as it looked amazing . Well check in was average and the room which was supposed to be a suite was old and very average. It was large but looked very used. The toilet was nothing to write home about. The male front desk manager was very unhelpful. He would even try and get me an airline office address. I checked out a day early. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Old Hotel , good location but poor services. Uncourteous staff. Not maintain cleanliness of area clearly ,lobby set up look like a terminal. Big Room with minim decoration , no luggage rack, just a small table with electric pot and coffee services . Rack towel looks have to resrew on the wall. The water not spreading properly. Unfortunately welcome by big cockroach, the Housekeeping should often to do pest control maintenance/ fumigation. Small area restaurant with minimize local food , but every service for breakfast and dinner refill not be done until guest complaint that the food should be refilled ,the food quality and variety should be improve. Small parking area. So very difficult if guest using parking area.
