Hotel that's worth it on the hillside

Star hotel services ***** The price of Bintang ***, this hotel is worth it once because here the rooms are fragile, clean, and comfortable already include breakfast again. The breakfast menu is quite varied for the hotel Bintang ***. The staff are all very friendly, cheap smiles, like to help and carefully save, haha.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not "grand deluxe" but I paid more than "deluxe price". The same price with the published rate for "grand deluxe" directly in the hotel. And there is no "grand deluxe" In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

the location just nice.. 10 minutes away from Jam Gadang..near mart also..the room was very cozy

Receptionist are friendly but the cleanliness are poor. Over all not bad.
