Hotels in Anyer suitable for families

The vacation here is really comfortable, the atmosphere is rich in Bali, especially after the sunset is very tight, the hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is helpful, the suite room is relaxed and complete with the same smart TV and mini kitchen, in front of the room there is a terrace and swimming pool, and you can directly see the view to the beach, really cool.

BAD SERVICE AT A DESTROYED FACILITY

Very disappointed with the Double G service.
We rented 2 rooms. One of the air conditioning rooms is not cold and there's even a shark. That's disappointing, for hours there's no clear solution.
The highlight is the service of someone who claims to be a manager named Ahmad. His way of communicating is very unprofessional and minimal ethical. When we submit a complaint, the response is impressed to blame the guest, not to seek a solution.
We were also promised to be moved to room 111, but suddenly the room was given to other guests without any explanation or communication to us.
Very unfortunate, because the hotel actually has great potential. But poor service makes the experience of staying very disappointing. Hopefully the management will soon conduct an evaluation of the quality of service and the handling of guest complaints.

I booked 2 rooms for my family, the 1st room has no barriers, the second room the first AC dr enters is not functioning, hot, has been in the family complimentary, no news, until 9:00 pm I called the new hotel at 9:00 pm in repair.

Nice relaxing place, swimming pool is great. We stayed for 2 nights, staff was super friendly and helpful. There were no other guests which was bit awkward, 2 guests and more than 5 staff . Overall we enjoyed our stay.

EWW EXPERIENCE EVER

I booked the hotel bcs it was stated as a new hotel. But when i came here, it is in serious concern that this hotel need to be maintained and IMPROVE of its cleanliness. Theres stained here n there on the bed sheets, the pillow sheets was dull, the toilet was dirty and all mold, even the trash can was rusty. The wooden door frame was chapped and the worst is the water was yellowish. Water kettle was not proper for usage, it had all these rust and dotted. Tv channel only available in 6 local channels. There were half eaten instant noodle outside the balcony. This is outrageous and a waste of money ! Never have i experience such a DIRTY HOTEL in my life. The swimming pool was DIRTY and full of white spots idk what’s that. Even the floor in the lobby or pool area were all dusty and have lots of bugs, the public trash can was full and full of flies & ants. Just eww :(
The “sandy” beach was damp! Lots of corals and covered by moss. I will not go back to this hotel even they gimme complimentary stay. Seriously, this is quite the worst hotel i ever experienced in my life. As i also travelled with kids, they cant even enjoy a single facility that was provided here. I dont feel safe at all. Thanks for the worst holiday spent!
