The staff were amazing, friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. I’d recommend the hotel highly.

No view from the window, bright light behind the windows which doesn’t let you sleep - but they switched it off after I sent a WhatsApp message which was nice. But honestly who would put a bright light outside the window and not put proper curtains?

Good location, very clean and only basic amenities (no gym or pool).
The service was a bit strange, in terms of lack of flexibility, and food not exciting.
However, there is an excellent Malaysian restaurant attached to the front of the hotel that was incredible!
