Felt like we were really lucky in booking Sikara. great location food was good rooms were nice. I stayed at the signature which was a decent size room. The adult room are a little bit smaller but again perfectly fine for a good few days or a week. Would highly recommend.

First of all, the property is very nice and beautiful. The service from the staff is great but it did come with a few flaws. The gym was closed but not communicated efficiently to guests. There is no sign on the door that said it was closed. When I started my workout, a staff member came and told me it was closed. If anything, there should be a sign on the door stating as such.
The next day, when it was “supposed” to be open, there was again no sign on the door. It was simply just locked. I had to go all the way to front desk and ask what was going on. Why is it so difficult for such a small task? If the management cared about its guests they could either put a flyer in the room or put a sign on the gym with an apology for the inconvenience of it being closed. By the way, the gym was in good condition and there was no indication of any urgent maintenance. All the equipment was working properly. From what I was told, they were working on “flooring” when there was nothing wrong with it. In the future, I highly recommend better communication to your guests in the future.

Had a great stay at Sikara. Cleanliness and comfort in rooms was great.
Only negative comment was I asked for feedback on room as ground floor all have trees blocking light and staff member did not provide any feedback. That said room and outside bathroom was lovely inside. Would come back again.
Location great for walking into Kuta and handy if have scooter to other beaches as nearest beach area covered in trash.

Travel to Lombok, meet a very nice hotel

Comfortable hotel to stay in Lombok, especially fi area kuta, food is very good, resto service is very satisfying, hotel is very safe, all staff is very friendly

Lovely location with a nice atmosphere

We had a room in the adults only area as we were 2 adults travelling alone. The location is walking distance and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good and the bedroom slightly small but the bathroom was a good size. The site is located in a nice peaceful spot considering close to all amenities. Overall an enjoyable stay.
