Amazingly the same hotel is magnificent comfortable very clean large rooms especially the hotel service which made me very happy especially there is mba Amel and we all served with very friendly full of smiles and food Snack from coffe break 1 and 2 deliciously stable hotel Mercure

This was my first time stay in Amaris. After 3 hours driving from balikpapan to samarinda, the receptionist says that our room wasn’t ready yet even though we had ordered the day before. First impression of the room, square one. Air conditioner needs time. No shower curtain. Sandals only one for both of us. And nothing special of the breakfast. I hope there’s an improvement for the guest.

Absud hotel

This hotel is absolutely messed up, there was no shower curtain in the shower!!!!
After calling front office still had to wait forever for the staff to come and install shower curtain in the shower. Unfathomable absurdity !!
