World Class Hotel and Staff
My wife and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary there in Surabaya where we got married. The staff was awesome and the food was amazing. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Every year we will return as we feel at home there. We love the staff and have developed some great relationships with them. Big shout out to Augus,Benny, Roby, Manuel Yohannes , for always making sure we were taken care of. Big shout out to Yuda and her team at the front counter who always smiles and greets us so passionately. Lia and Dinda and all the staff at the dining room who brought me cappuccino and made my favorite foods. This Hotel in my heart ranks above them all. Thank you all and we love and pray for you.

Great hotel to experience with family for staycation
The room is big, clean and comfy. The bed and the pillows make us feel like home. The breakfast is various and tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and at the centre of the city. Parking place is quite big. Love it

Had a great meal at Harris Café but left my AirPods. The staff was helpful, found them, and even delivered them. Amazing
On January 24, 2025, I had a meal at Harris Café, Harris Hotel Bundaran Satelit. I really enjoyed the food—it had generous portions and tasted great. However, I accidentally left my AirPods on the table when I left. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they assured me that my item had been safely secured.
Since I was out of town, I could only pick it up on February 2, 2025. When I arrived, the search took a while due to renovations in the storage area. However, the staff provided excellent service, offering me a seat and a welcoming drink while I waited. Eventually, they apologized for the delay and assured me they would keep searching. If the item couldn’t be found, they promised to take full responsibility.
The next day, I received a call informing me that my AirPods had been found. They even offered to deliver it to my house, so I didn’t have to return to the hotel. My AirPods arrived in perfect condition. I truly appreciate the outstanding service from the Harris Hotel team—they were professional, caring, and went above and beyond for their guests.
