Great stay

Had a great stay. Room was great, only downside was the mosquito nets surrounding the room didn’t touch the floor so they could still get in.
Breakfast was okay, quite a small area for it and food got a little cold if it had been out for a while but its options changed everyday which was nice.
Pool area was great and got loads of sun, loads of beds so could always sit by the pool.
Location felt right In the middle of Ubud, walking distance to everything - monkey forest, palace and food options.
Monkeys even came to visit one day.

Wonderful 2 Nights in the Centre of Ubud

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Pertiwi Resort & Spa Ubud, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it.
What I loved most about the resort was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The entire property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, lush gardens, trees, and lovely swimming pools. It wasn’t too crowded during my stay, which made it the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the tranquility of Ubud.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the spa experience. Even though the spa area was still undergoing renovation during my visit, the massage by Mbak Ayu was absolutely amazing. The treatment was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep during the massage!
I would also like to say a big thank you to all the staff who made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable, especially Kak Duta, Pak Adi, Bu Ayu, and everyone else whose names I may have forgotten. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and for helping me during my stay and photoshoot at the resort.
Overall, I had a lovely and memorable experience at Pertiwi Resort & Spa Ubud. I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Rats in the room

We stayed at this hotel in July with my daughter, we had the unpleasant experience of finding rats in our room, not 1 rat, but 5 rats wandering between our suitcases, I am attaching the video. The hotel simply replied that it was normal and offered a massage. It is unacceptable, there is no business sense, good luck to the next travelers who will choose this establishment.

The hotel staff are amazing. The property is very very tired. We had a pool villa and it needed updating. Mattress didn’t even fit the bed. Curtains didn’t even close. This property needs work and a lot of updating.

Maybe i would stay again

This was a great resort 10 years ago. they need to spend some money and do a lot of updates. Breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had in Bali, Just walk to the back of the resort and there are some great places to get a really good breakfast. We stayed in a pool villa. Needs some work. Tiles off in the pool mattress didn’t even fit the bed. The curtains didn’t even fully reach to close. Aircon unit was working but broken bits and looked bad. Bed had seen better days. The staff are amazing and are very helpful. Great to have a shower and a monkey pops in kinda. Would i stay again maybe if do the work on the resort. Location is brilliant.
