the service is amazing
I have been to this place since I was around 10 years ago, when I was staying as a guest, as well as a residential owner, or just as a visitor, the facilities offered were of course different,
there I felt that there are no two experiences compared to other hotels out there

Never ever again!
The room was dirty after renovating some electricity and it took me 5 times talking to a not interested front desk "manager" to give us another room. Bathroom dirty and broken teals, walls dirty(!?!) with footsteps on them and so on
Second room after one hour complaining and being ignored by the staff was ok, but pool was closed too!
Staff was eating at the front desk while talking to me and phoning to their boss.
Horrible beds and the "cafe" for self-paid breakfast also not recommended
