Comfortable and cheap stay

It was an unplanned visit to Jogja. Found this hostel through Agoda. The room looked spacious and clean from the photos and it's actually real. The place is huge and modern. I booked 3 nights there. I arrived with Grabike late at night and the reception was still open. The lobby is huge where you can find desktop free for use, toilet, musollah and smoking zone. During registration, they'll need your passport and IDR50K for card deposit. They'll give you door card, breakfast coupons, a small towel and a blanket. They sell basic amenities with cheap prices as well and drinks. You also can rent a bike from the hostel.
The 6 bed dormitory room I booked is not cramppy. Each room has a toilet with bidet and a shower. There's a free locker for each guest and that's where the power plug is if you wanna charge your phone. The room is equipped with AC but it's not strong enough during the day. But Yogyakarta isn't that hot during the day (if compared to Bangkok).
For this cheap room, you'll get a simple, free breakfast every morning. The menu is changed everday and if you're a toast person, then you can order it for free the day before. You also can order a few other things later for a small amount of money.
There's a new and cozy bar that serves local and western food. It's a nice place to hangout and smoke. This hostel is usually full with local travellers. If you like to know more Indonesian culture and interact more with the local you should come here.

Neglected

When i arrive at this hostel, i sense smell of dust in my room, the blanket and pillow have a musty smell, i think this hostel need to refresh their items again, cause it feels like the hostel feel creepy with the old ambience

Satisfied enough

The first ever hostel i ever stayed! The staffs are so kind. The room, bathroom and bed are really clean. You will got small box to save your things without key, there is an electric plug-in inside the box. You will get free breakfast in the morning, but you can’t expect much. The good things is you will have breakfast on rooftop with the view of beautiful Jogja.

Cheap yet cozy hostel!

I stayed here during a course in jogja. If you're planning to travel solo, it's a very good choice to consider. The Price for a dorm are pretty cheap. The facilities also well maintained. The staff were also nice and helpful. Breakfast Menus here are pretty adequate. They also offer you a rooftop that could be visited during 4pm-10pm.

Highly Recommended Hostel

We stayed in a family room for 6 persons
Nothing can complain, this hostel is really good
Cheap, Clean and the Receptions were very friendly & helpful
We lost our breakfast coupon, they didnt ask much and direct give us new coupon
