A gem in northern Iraq... Parwar in Duhok

In Duhok for business for one week; hotel has been upgraded since my last stay. Really great rooms (clean and tidy) great staff (attentive and helpful) . English spoken ... Food is great (especially breakfast) ... the new pool is an unexpected bit of luxury... Service is western level and it is a secure location. Front desk helped me arrange transport daily with no issues and trusted parties. loved it before .... love it more now and look forward to staying again on my next trip to Duhok.

Good, not amazing, but OK.

Stayed here one night. It’s fairly expensive for what it is but it seems well run and the staff are friendly and know what they’re doing. If you don’t eat meat there isn’t a single non meat dish on the restaurant menu and there’s not much around the hotel to walk to. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. I parked directly outside but I think there is hotel parking maybe basement.

Very unpleasant

What a dump!!!, staff were very unfriendly, it seemed we were all nothing but an irritation for them. The rooms were disgusting, looked as if they hadn't cleaned them from previous guests and never got cleaned during our stay.The smell in the kitchen made me want to vomit. The hotel was a long way from town.

Dated but clean.

It's a bit of a surprise to go from the charming lobby to the rooms...which seem quite dated. But the rooms are fine. We stayed in a double. Beds were comfortable and firm. Room was clean. Breakfast wasn't memorable, but it was okay.
Not many outlets for recharging electronics. And the shower stall was quite small with an awkward fixture, but it did the job.

Good one

Have been in this hotel it is nice one with very good staff
The hotel located somehow far from city center
They have a great staff and lovely and they have a very good breakfast
The only think that I dislike was the bathroom
