AMAZING HOTEL
The service was amazing; such incredible and sweet staff that is ready to help you any time a day and speaks English well too.
The room, we stayed in a double, was absolutely perfect with lots of space, great bathroom and a comfy bed. They also have TV stations in English, if you should not be speaking Kurdish or Arabic.
The swimming pool area, saunas etc. also has great service, and there is always someone there to help you out, if you should have any questions about the facilities.
Breakfast was good too; lots to chose from. A lovely garden to sit in and enjoy the sun or dinner in the evening.
The hotel itself is placed in a new area with lots of new shops, restaurants and cafes.
There are always taxi's driving past if you should need a ride into town for only 5000 IQD. The hotel has a great location and you can even walk into town if you want or to and from the airport.
Last but not least also very good security, which made me feel safer than I have ever been anywhere when going travelling, throughout our entire stay.
I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

25 dollar for the bottle of water at the room
The hotel is clean , rooms are big
The bed was hard
The staff are freindly
Room service is Zero , I request to send me some one to take the laundry , after I called the reception for the 3rd time , i had to take it by myself
At check out they charged me 25 dollar for 2 bottle of water which they told me its free
The resturant is nice , the staff are friendly
The garden is closed
