Would definitely recommend this place. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was great. If we had the opportunity we would stay here again.

Extremely dedicated and helpful landlord and landlady. The landlady's award winning self-baked brown bread was served. Choice between a lot of variants of cooked breakfast.👍👍👍

The dining room didn't smell so great, very musty. The room was pretty cold, even trying to turn on the heat. The Breakfast was great, the hosts were friendly. A bit of confusion on checking in, she did not seem to have the reservation, but explained the next morning that she had recently changed her email, so went to the junk folder. No problem getting in the room however.

Fabulous B&B that we plan to return to. Brilliant hosts and an incredible breakfast each morning. Room was perfect as was the location perfect to our needs.

A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. Throw in the Holy Cross Pub & Restaurant across the street and you have an awesome venue to visit. Thank you for the grand Irish hospitality.
