Absolutely lovely
But I have to give a special shoutout to Billy and Kay, who truly made our experience memorable. Billy was an absolute pleasure — incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, and you could tell that his hospitality came naturally.
And then there’s Kay! She was quick to take care of us at the bar, kept the drinks coming, and had us entertained and laughing the entire time. She has the kind of personality that makes you want to stay at the bar for “just one more” because you’re having such a good time.
The entire staff at Ballygarry was fantastic, and the property itself is beautiful, but it’s the people who really make a stay special. Billy and Kay absolutely did that for us. They didn’t just provide great service — they made us feel genuinely welcome and gave us memories we’ll be talking about long after leaving Ireland.
Thank you to everyone at Ballygarry for such a wonderful stay, and an extra special thank you to Billy and Kay. You two are absolute gems and a huge part of what makes Ballygarry so special. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Could be better.
Products were luxurious.
Check In was smooth.
Room was spacious, comfortable, well appointed.
Bathroom was clean, well stocked and comfortable.
However the food in the bistro was disappointing, it was busy. Full of families and people not staying in the hotel but that just added to the atmosphere.
The breakfast in the hotel wasn’t great. I’d the eggs Benedict and it was very poor. The buffet was well stocked. Nothing unusual or special about it.
