Wonderful accommodation and breakfast

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. Mary is so friendly and helpful and her cooking is the best! Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Most days we didn't need lunch. The room was clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and lovely. A little way out of Carrigaholt so you will need to drive for dinner. But it's worth it to be able to stay somewhere so quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic

Fantastic! The breakfasts prepared by the lady are priceless, almost magical. Unmatched hospitality, kindness, and availability. Ideal place to visit Loop Head Peninsula and the Cliffs of Kilkee. Congratulations!

Adore this B&B! The facilities were wonderful, the breakfast beyond amazing and the nearby cliffs were the best of the entire WAW. Don’t miss the Loop head, this hotel and the charming village for dinner.

Lovely.

What a wonderful and energetic Welcoming from our hostess! House 5 minutes from Carrigahot. Great breakfast. Very comfortable room, overlooking their adorable cows and far away the bay. Ideal place for a stopover that allows you to take a boat trip to see the dolphins and enjoy the superb view of Loop Head and the cliffs of Kilkee. Other holidaymakers were there for a fishing trip.

Perfect B&B stay with baking class experience

This was our first stay on an anniversary trip after flying into Shannon Airport. The drive out there was beautiful, and the B&B itself is a few minutes from the small village of Carrigaholt. It’s within 20 minutes of the Kilkee Cliffs, which we’d recommend a stop to. Our host Mary was delightful and attentive from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs. Mary’s breakfast was phenomenal—the best I had on our two-week trip! She served a lovely starter of a fruit compote over yogurt and granola, before the full Irish breakfast. Starting every day like that, you hardly need lunch! We also did a baking class with Mary in which we learned how to make scones, Irish breads, and flapjacks. What fun to sit in her kitchen and learn all the tricks to making the tastiest baked goods! That was indeed a highlight of our time at Glencarrig B&B.
