Null null
Nightmare. Ventilation never stops, as if sleeping next to a truck. Bathroom light turns on automatically, even in the middle of the night, no choice. The bed is shabby, spring-loaded, laying on a board. No bowls or cup, no dish towel, limited equipment. TV's not working. Wifi socket ripped off.
Questionable cleanliness
Priority contact but no response.
Don’t go there!

There is a difference between the management of the accommodate (focal point) and the hotel side (Guest 365). Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you.
To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. No extra towel for the 4 days I spent, no extra toiletries, no cleaning, no change of bed sheet. Very poor.
For the focal Point (the owner of the building), the water pressure was very very low. That's a huge structural problem.
IF YOU ARE A STUDENT, DONT RENT This PLACE. As a guest, I can manage the low water pressure for 4 days but as a permanent resident, you will regret it.
The extractor fan in bathroom has no on or off. It was working through the night, couldn't sleep.
The fire alarm in room keeps beeping red light, very distracting.
The whole arrangement of hotel and property owner is a bad one
