One of the best hotels we stayed in. Excellent service very friendly staff, starting with and ending with Ken at the front door. Everyone is happy and smiling, making you at home.

The apartments section of the property seemed like an afterthought compared to the main hotel. Dated and dorm-like. Quite disappointing.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Lauren greeted us warmly and provided information about the hotel and surroundings. Claudia was very helpful in connecting us to other hotels when we realized we had left our passports behind.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was good for our two families but could have done with a bit better maintenance. We stayed in room 250 which was directly below the glasshouse cocktail bar, the noise was not bad except for every time someone moved their chair or table and we could hear it below. We tried a couple of cocktails in the bar and was very disappointed. Tasted like cough syrup. But overall a lovely hotel with great views over the city.

Common areas and terrace were lovely with great views. The food was pretty good if a bit overpriced. We stayed in the residences and they are in need of a significant upgrade. Our apartment had no cold water - to the point the toilet was flushing with warm/hot water. Water pressure in general was appalling. We stayed during a hot period and there was no a/c, so the apartment was far too hot. We had two fans in our room but only two sockets throughout the room, so couldn’t use them and put anything on to charge.
