It was good for the stay. However, our AC was broken and they never came to fix it after promising they would day after day. Eventually they offered to move rooms but there was no real promise it would be any different and we had already unpacked all of our stuff.

Bad Customer service

The hotel room itself was nice, spacious, and comfortable, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. We stayed for three days, and during our entire stay, the bathroom sink was clogged and not working properly. We reported the issue and asked for it to be fixed, but nobody came to take care of it.
The balcony door was also broken and would not open. My son personally went to the front desk to report the problem, but again, no one bothered to come, fix it, or even follow up with us.
It is frustrating to stay at a hotel where basic maintenance issues are reported and completely ignored. The rooms are nice, but good customer service and prompt attention to guests’ concerns are just as important.
Room: Good. Customer service: Extremely poor. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their service and responsiveness.

Stay at Beckett Locke

Great place to stay , 20/30 min walk to town or public transport on the doorstep, lovely facilities , extremely convenient for the purpose of our stay. Option to do self catering or use the facilities on the property. Great option for people with families. Out of the main hussle and bussle of town but not too far away to be able to easily access and experience everything.

Great for accessibility. Right by a tram stop and square with stores and food shops. Lovely on site food, and Grindstone coffee shop just down the road is amazing.
