Great stay outside the center

We stayed from 2 to 5 April and the truth is that 10! After reading the comments in Spanish, we did not know this Jesus, but both at check-in and checkout we were attended by Adam and it was super friendly and correct. Plus he gave us the room early because the room was ready.
The hotel is just outside. You get easily from the center with the tram (25/30min) , the stop (Central Park) is less than 2min from the hotel. We buy the 72h card for public transport, so it is amortized. To return to the airport we took the aircoach bus 700 which has the first stop in front of the hotel.
We took a triple room (657), both the room and the bathroom very spacious. The cleaning of 10. Every afternoon when we came back we'd had coffee, tea...
We went for a Guinnes at the bar and the right price. 7€.
To put a paste, we were 3 people in the room but only put 2 large towels. The next day we asked if they could put another one, the reception girl told us that she wrote it down, but never came the 3rd towel....
We will stay again when we return!!!

Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was great. Getting any ice seems to always be a problem in Europe. Only problem we had was that we were under the impression the cost of parking was included in room price and we just needed to get tickets validated. But we had to pay an additional $20 for parking. ??

Basic hotel

The room was very warm no air conditioning. The bathrooms need to be modernised a shower over the bath with a stained shower curtain. Tiles on bathroom floor dirty looking and old the sink had chips in it. Really needs to be modernised for the price you pay to stay there.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us.
I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies that you found the room too warm during your stay. While our hotel is not equipped with air conditioning, portable fans are available from Reception on request, although I appreciate this may not have provided the level of comfort you expected.
I am also disappointed to read your comments regarding the condition of the bathroom. Your feedback about the shower, shower curtain, tiles and sink has been shared with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams for review, as we recognise the importance of maintaining our rooms to the highest standard.
We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. I regret that we did not provide the experience you were expecting and hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back and deliver a much more enjoyable stay in the future.
Kind regards,
Danyal Adil

Good hotel, not great. No face towels, just hand and bath towels. And no air conditioning! For the price, I expect that, or at least fans in the room.
